In 1994 after a series of meetings a board of directors that consisted of twelve members was formed. Their sole purpose was to establish organizational policies for the best interests of the newly formed company.

 

As the majority consensus of the board members it was voted on to name the company MBenzTech (Mobilize Business eCommerce Network Zealous Technology).  A new age development of a small clique of personal computer business.  This was the first stage of the company with initiating a board of directors as the oversight of the organization.

 

MBenzTech aimed is to establish a hardware and software development business.  In 1994, the company was founded in Newport Rhode Island, which ran as a sole proprietorship business (administration site) from 1995 to 1998.

 

From 1998 to 1999, MBenzTech became a physical computer business that was relocated to Charleston South Carolina. A new beginning era for innovative creativity with developing technological products and services. The brick and mortar test site gave the business the opportunity to deal directly with our customers face to face. 

 

Because of this creative innovative movement, this had created a more advantage over other rival competitors that may not have the mobility to repositioned their products on a much global scale than with MBenzTech.

 

From 1999 to the present, MBenzTech had relocated its operation to Centerville Ohio, in which this will be the new headquarters. This transition has opened an exciting new chapter for our business operations. 

 

The business as a whole has much enthusiasm, but we still think the company is facing serious of challenges against our new rival of competitors. The company has seen its share of the personal computer market drop in recent years from upgrading old systems to an 

increased in competition from tablets and smartphone makers.
